📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate material plans using SAP and Oracle tools.
- Forecast demand and plan production schedules to optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in supply chain operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on supply chain performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain management.
- Proven experience with SAP and Oracle supply chain management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics is a plus.
