In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the villa, coordinating with the housekeeping team, and ensuring that all guest needs are met with the highest level of service. You will work closely with our concierge team to organize special requests, arrange transportation, and plan activities that cater to the unique preferences of our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily villa operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is always in pristine condition.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Work closely with the concierge team to organize special requests, transportation, and activities.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of guest events.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of our guests.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, providing a secure and comfortable environment for guests.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or personal assistant role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Knowledge of local Bali culture, traditions, and customs is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury villa management software, such as Housecall Pro or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as transportation may be part of the role.
