📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement PropTech solutions to streamline property development processes.,Lead and manage a team of PropTech specialists and developers.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored PropTech solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of PropTech solutions, ensuring they meet project objectives.,Stay updated with the latest PropTech trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our projects.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in PropTech.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.,Represent Island Innovate Properties at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in PropTech or a related field.,Strong understanding of property development processes and technologies.,Proven track record of successfully implementing PropTech solutions.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics in Bangka Belitung is a plus.
