📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using Workday.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports.
• Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR and Workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
