📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Prepare and present sales reports and business proposals to stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform business strategies.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
