PT Optima Antar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results. You will work closely with our medical team to provide accurate and timely results, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Preparing and analyzing samples, as well as maintaining laboratory records and reports.,Collaborating with the medical team to provide accurate and timely test results.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement of laboratory processes.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and the medical team.,Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems is a plus.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques and safety is a plus.
