📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and clean coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and techniques, and share your knowledge with the team.
• Follow health and safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and French press.
• Familiarity with coffee machines, including espresso machines, milk frothers, and grinders.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and consistency in coffee preparation.
• Ability to work as part of a team, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
