📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's accounting, finance, and tax functions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns
• Manage the company's payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee benefits
• Provide financial advice and analysis to the management team
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Maintain and update the company's accounting software, including SAP and QuickBooks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax roles
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
