📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and conduct hands-on culinary workshops, teaching traditional Nusantara recipes and techniques.
• Develop and deliver engaging digital content, including webinars, blog posts, and social media updates, to promote Indonesian cuisine.
• Collaborate with local chefs, food bloggers, and tourism stakeholders to create culinary tourism experiences.
• Organize and participate in culinary events, festivals, and markets to showcase and celebrate Indonesian cuisine.
• Conduct culinary demonstrations and tastings to educate and inspire participants about traditional dishes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in culinary education and apply innovative teaching methods to our programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of culinary programs and initiatives.
• Represent Guru Kuliner Nusantara at industry events and conferences to network and share knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary education, teaching, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in traditional Indonesian cuisine, with a deep understanding of regional dishes and techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using culinary software and tools, such as FoodStyling, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
• Certification in culinary education or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
