📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your field of specialization.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in multiple specializations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
