📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of our mining sites.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site activities and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining or construction industry.,Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
