Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and production delays.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems before they escalate.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and equipment history.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to create a secure working environment.,Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and techniques.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.,Proficient in using computer systems and software for maintenance documentation.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles if required.
