Agung Gita Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Monitor cash drawer balance and report any discrepancies,Process customer payments and provide change,Assist in inventory management by recording sales and restocking items,Follow company policies and procedures,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,High school diploma or equivalent,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Friendly and approachable demeanor
