In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
