📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
