📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage payroll and prepare payroll reports.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
