PT Bukit Eka is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.,Process and manage purchase orders and receipts.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to optimize space and efficiency.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.,Provide support to the warehouse team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken) is required.
