Bay Royal Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Ubud. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable stay. We offer a competitive salary and a welcoming work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and process payments.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle front desk operations, including key card distribution and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
