📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects.,Develop and implement structural design specifications and standards.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.,Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure overall project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
