Town Net Indonesia is looking for a Lead QC Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will work closely with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control checks on products and services to ensure they meet the required standards.,Identify and document quality issues and work with relevant departments to resolve them.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control standards are met throughout the production process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on quality control performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role.,Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO quality standards is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
