📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and medication dispensing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in pharmacy.
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for medication procurement.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure medication safety.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities.
  • Represent the pharmacy in interdepartmental meetings and committees.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification in Pharmacy (e.g., SIPP, SIOP) is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
  • Experience in managing pharmacy software and systems is a plus.
