📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure maximum engagement and knowledge retention.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure the relevance and applicability of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
