Quick Net Mandiri is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Auditor to join our team in Cengkareng. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Conduct audits of financial statements, operations, and processes to identify areas for improvement and risk management.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and evaluate audit performance, providing feedback and support to audit teams.,Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing to ensure the effectiveness of audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
