📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop a portfolio of KOLs, ensuring they meet our brand guidelines and performance targets.
• Monitor and analyze KOL performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Blade, and Hootsuite.
• Create and implement content strategies that align with our brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that leverage KOL influence.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance KOL skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on KOL performance and campaign progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve KOL management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL management or a similar role in the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a KOL portfolio.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Social Blade, and Hootsuite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
