Cemerlang Mining is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in procurement to gain valuable industry experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.,Provide support in the analysis of purchasing data and trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
