SHIFT Dinamis is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the collaborative environment of our office in Sanur, Bali.

As a Structural Engineer at SHIFT Dinamis, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing the structural integrity of our projects. Your expertise will ensure that our buildings are safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects.

Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications.

Conduct load calculations and stress analysis.

Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.

Review and approve structural designs prepared by junior engineers.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.

Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).

Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, ASCE, ACI).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software is a plus.
