📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in our accounting software, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management, providing insights into the financial health of the company.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Resolve any disputes or issues related to customer payments, working closely with the sales and customer service teams.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements, ensuring all accounts are balanced and accurate.
• Provide financial support to the sales team, helping to forecast and manage cash flow.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies, ensuring our financial processes are efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a good understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
