📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across different departments.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Leverage project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Project to track and manage program activities.
• Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure continuous skill growth and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar program management certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with technical tools and software such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
