📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high levels of service and accuracy.,Oversee daily cash handling and bank deposits to ensure financial accuracy.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor sales and cash flow to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
