📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a portfolio of KOLs, ensuring they meet our brand guidelines and performance targets.
Monitor and analyze KOL performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Blade, and Hootsuite.
Create and implement content strategies that align with our brand messaging and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that leverage KOL influence.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance KOL skills and knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on KOL performance and campaign progress.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve KOL management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL management or a similar role in the beauty industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a KOL portfolio.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Social Blade, and Hootsuite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent in Indonesian and English.
