📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional manner,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist with inventory management and stock taking,Provide information about the company and its products,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Support the team with administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
