📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage employees.,Assess training needs and design customized training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
