Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve company goals,Leading and managing a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Managing departmental budget and resources,Fostering a positive and productive work environment,Providing guidance and mentorship to team members,Representing the company in various internal and external meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of company operations and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively,Experience in leading and motivating a team,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
